We hired this so called attorney because he said he was a aggressive attorney and knew realty law! He talked good talk but doesnt walk the walk! He failed to show up for court for the 1st court apperance, the other council filed documents with the courts that were required to be answered and he never did anythin, he never filed a single document with the court, he lied to me and my husband (not good) he never sent a letter to the ather attorney or to us at all, he never called us, he never did a thing, a single thing! He did nothing at all, nothing. He took $7500.00 from us and never did anything at all. When we got to court on a 2nd apperance he said he did not know the file! He was yelled at by the judge who said he hurt our case and broke ever court rule! HE DID NOT DO ANYTHING, NO PAPERWORK, NO LETTERS, NO COURT FILINGS, NO CALLS, NO REPRESENTATION. Dont use him.
We are going to a hearing agaist him for our money back with the bar. Its been almost one year and he refusses to supply us with a billing!!! He is a bad lawyer and needs to go back to law school.
