I ordered a free sample payable of £4.95 P&P. There was not necessary to return or order furthe products however they decide to take a whooping amount of £97.42 from my bank account leaving me with little in my account. What on earth is going on. This company is mispresenting a product which says nothing to the effect that they will take the aforesaid amount, and then further to take this ridiculous amount out of peoples bank accounts!
