This is certainly a scam. No phone number that connects.

I ordered a product which was for free - there only £4.95 to pay for P&P. Then two weeks later £97.42 taken from my bank account.

The company said that they sent me an e-mail after the ordering but I haven't received any such e-mail.

I am putting a dispute through Consumer Act 1974 (long distance selling) as no contract was entered into prior and therefore makes this an fraudulent transaction.
