On 2/16 I saw advertising link for e-cig with Dr Oz name mentioned. Clicked on link & saw "Free Trial for $4.95". I gave credit card info & subsequently received a Starter Pack. I later saw a charge for $79.72 on 3/2 followed by another charge on. I received another pack of cartridges during this period. At no time did I see any info about being charged said amounts of money nor did I authorize such. On 4/11 I noticed these charges & called the 866-214-1975 no. I was told it was too late to get a refund, they could not give me a RA (return authorization) no., but they would give me a $40 refund. I also had not received the USB charger to even try the product. They put my acct. On hold for a month & sent me a wall charger that still didn't work without the USB cord. They extended me more time & finally sent me the USB cord. On 5/23 I called again to cancel my acct. & mentioned that I had seen multiple complaint sites on the web collecting signatures for Fraud against their company. They offered me another $40 credit & extended my trial to 7/15. I don't know whether to continue demanding an RA number or continue this game slowly getting my money back $40 at a time. I am on complete disability. I also went back to the original site to check my facts. This company is operating fraudulently & also guilty of Deceptive Trade Practices. The product they sell is hardly worth $170. Someone needs to shut them down.
