After receiving my first trial offer, I had burring of the skin and red blotches so they sent me more and I sent it back with cancel on it. They sent me two more. They don't include an invoice, no dollar amount. The one I sent back the first time I blacked out may address and did return to sender so with no invoice inside I just realized the don't know who sent it back so will they be able to refund me money? Do I need to contact the BBB. That's my next step
