Purchased an ecig for 4.95—missed the fine print about 100.00 charge in 30 days. They have also givwen my credit card # to a magazine company and a coupon company who charged 100.00 to my bank account (debit card). Sapphire also charged me $40 in refills, claiming I agreedto such. I incurred 60.00 in ODL charges for above. No one is answering their phones.
