I recieived the ecig biginners kit and the base to my electronic ciggerette will not hold a charge. They talked about getten me these greate deals for the first 6 months. With a savings over $200.00 dollars with refills and such, then charged me $99.00 for refills for my first set of refills. This sucks! I'm ready to go back to smoken my old faithful cigs. There was no let down in quality and I had no (Inappropriate Content Removed) PROMISES. Get ahold of me ECIG or refund me so I can get back to my only pleasure in life. Kantqwit in Wyoming
