I ordered the "free sample" which included a $4.95 shipping charge. It took two weeks to arrive. About 10 days a later, I have two charges against my credit card. One for 105.95 and one for 99.95. I called the company and I was told that I was liable for the 205.95 since I had not replied back 14 days from placing the order for the "free sample". I did get future orders cancelled, but was flatly refused any refund. Their description of the trial period is extremely misleading.
