I signed up on Facebook and set up a reminder on my eCalendar to cancel. I am extremely busy and attempted to cancel only to run into roadblocks and I gave up—letting their payments go thru for months. But then, I changed bank accounts and my bank and Paypal let the payments continue and I was charged more than $100 alone in NSF fees for repeated attempts to pay Yousendit. When I found out, I went to try to cancel in earnst only NOT to receive any email to reset my password and then, using the phone number posted here, to be put onto a looooooonnnnnnggggggg call where nobody ever answered. I suppose I will have to go the cancellation thru Paypal route like somebody else mentioned here. They are a pure scam.
