You Send It Yousendit scam... Can't cancel yearly subscription auto renews if when cancelled

As stated in the title yousendit makes it impossible to cancel the yearly subscription to their internet mailing service. I received a warning the my subscription was up for renewal and the the directions they provided via video to cancel it was out of date. However, I did find a link deep in my account that indicated cancelation. I was never sent an email verifying cancelation. The deadline for auto renewal came and went. Fortunately the CC I used had expired so their system was not able to ding my card $59 for a service I rarely use. The up sold me into the annual program with an incentive... My belief is that they intentionally make it difficult to cancel their service to drive more revenue.
