Excessive utility rates. Sewer bill is 430 percent of water bill and electrical service chargeis 100 percent of actual usage. Several complaits ssue, no response and no change. Their response is thats the way it is and you can not due antthing about it. The monetary damage is for 8000 residence in this city.
