The salesperson, R. Dexter, told me and my spouse The coverage would be good in our area, and said we had 14 days to return the phone if it did not.
Unfortunately I never could get service and returned the phone as the salesman explained.
I have not received my money back to date. The customer service person, Jamie and Bob were of no help when I explained this issue.
