I got a phone call saying that they would combine my credit card totals into 1 new credit card, and if they could not save me $3,000.00 in 2-years in interest, then i would get my money back. Well i went to call the number that they gave me on numerous times to talk to them and i always received a recording saying, "the number was no longer assigned to my area" i went on-line to look them up, and found another 800 number (800) 530-1093 to call. I called that number and a recording said that if you know your partys extention put it in now, or press 2. I pressed 2 and got another recording saying that they could not take your call at this time, and to leave your name phone number and what it pertains to and they would contact me as soon as possible. I did that and left my name number and my inquiry on numerous times and have yet to hear back from them. I originally talked to agent amaris, phone number # (407) 476-5680 and got no answer, not even a ring, and after awhile it went to a busy signal. I also talked to stephanie watson, badge #w1036 with quality assurance, and samantha anderson too. They gave me a confirmation number of #28509. I don't know what to do next. If you have any ideas i would be most grateful. Thank you!
