Called on 13th of may to cancel products i was charged $4.95 to much when i ordered.indian person told me he would send me my $4.95 back and cancel everything. I asked him for the second company phone # and he said he could do the whole cancellation. When i ordered i was transfered to a second company to order second product. I told him he no longer has authorizatoin to charge my account any other charges! He told me everything was cancelled. On the 16th, my account was charged $89.00 for the product from the other company that i never got!!! I kept asking for the manager and he said i already talked to him and he said give her $4.95 back!!! I am filing a complaint with the bbb!!! This also overdrew my account and i have 4 $25.00 overdraft charges!!! I am livid!!!
