I ordered a trial offer on 21/4 iwas told that there was a two week trial period for cancellation of repeat orders the product arrived on 23/4, i attempted to cancel therepeat order on 29/4, online but could noy get a response from their supposed e mail address. I wrote by registered post to their shipping address, @ phoned on 5th / 6th / may to cancel all further billing @ products. Onexamining ny credit card bill i fond ihad in fact been charged, for i presume the free trial offer, when i complainedabout this, iwas told ihad not cancelled in time. From date of receipt of goods, 2 weeks is 7th of may. I cancelled on evening, late of 5th /6th of may which i cosider within the 2 weeks stated.
