Miscellaneous

I saw the ad on Facebook which led me to another website which in turn led me to another website. This should have rang the alarm but the offer seem too good to pass up. The pop-ups do not lead you to the T&C which states the 14day trial starts from order date so in effect there is no trial period if you take into account the shipment date. I sent in my trial order on 20 Dec and received shipping confirmation but no product came. I emailed asking about it and got a reply a month later on 22 Jan asking to confirm my address. I didn't suspect a scam so I didn't check my credit card statements. The first products arrived on 25 Feb in Singapore with the 14-day trial info insert. Checking my statements as I don't use that card often, I found Naturahealthnetworks charged me on the 10 Jan and on the 10 Feb. The products are very good, in fact they help my extremely dry flaky skin more than other products I have tried. However the dishonest dealings of this company is intolerable. I have informed the company to cancel my order and also cancelled my credit card. I am not looking for a resolution so that this post will remain up in the net to warn others.
