This company started sending me unsolicited texts, which I deleted without reading. My phone bill is on autopay, so it took me two months to notice I was being charged $20 a month for "trivia" services.

This needs to be illegal. While T-mobile cancelled this months charges, I am left with getting back charges myself, and the company's phones have now been disconnected. The people running this company committed fraud against me, submitting bills via a third party carrier for services I never agreed to receive.

They make snake-oil salesmen look like the BBB. They ought to be tarred, feathered, and imprisoned.
