We ordered a tripod, they said it was in stock, it was not, it had to be drop shipped. When it did not ship after 3 days we cancelled the order and have an email confirming that with them and their email states that if it shows up we can return it for our money back. It did show up and we told them and they want 15% restocking fee, $870 plus we have to pay to ship it back.
1 It was cancelled before it shipped
2 They do not state any restocking fees on their web site return policy
3 Their email to us when we cancelled said return the item and get our money back if it ships from the manufacturer.
So, we want out $5800 back!!
