I ordered a NEW cartridge for HP#15 & it was shown as being from Office Max & from DISCOUNTLINKLLC @ $12.50. I received a black recycled cartridge from Speedy Inks and was charged $12.99. This is not Amazon keeping its word in price, or material. The original ad listed "2 new." My order number was ID 111-2649714-6764209. I feel I was baited and switched. I am a frequent purchaser from Amazon and this is the first time I've had a bad experience. Please check my original order vs. My delivered delivery order slip left within the delivered package. I need to hear from you. I did not give you permission to substiture product, or charge me more than agreed to.
