3 year contract that allows them to increase the price whenever they want? Price has increased 100% in 12 months on one contract. Contracts autorenew for 3 years with no notice. You can't get out of this without paying high fees and penalties. This is the worst policy I have ever seen. They could care less about customer satisfaction because there is no way out. Mark you canendar in 35 months and write a letter, REALLY???
