On our trip in our U-Haul, it was raining heavily. Half of our belongings including a record collection was damaged by water because the truck was leaking.
Luckily we had insurance right? NOPE!
They've just written saying that they don't believe there was any negligence on their part.
About $25000 worth of stuff ruined. Don't go with uhaul!
