Pathetic Customer Experience - Order Number: 20130509-203905-193000

I ordered a book on 9th May and its been 12 days, they cannot even locate even if the item has been shipped or not that too when the item has to be sent from New York to New Jersey. Secondly when you ask them for compliant dept or escalation matrix they don't have one. The people who answer the emails / chat apart from apologizing don't do anything else. This is my first and last time, i'll ever do business with Printsasia
