NOMORERACK Ripped Me Off, Refuses To Refund, Refuses To Communicate

Nomorerack makes false promises! I was promised the tablet I ordered by December 21 and when I didn't get it I was promised a full refund. They sent me an email on December 15 saying my item was shipped. Upon contacting USPS, I was informed the item had never been dropped off at the post office! It's now December 28 and the item still hasn't been shipped and I still haven't received my refund. Customer care call center is a JOKE! They bang on the keyboard to make it sound like they're typing in your problem to the 'escalation manager' and tell you that they will get back to you within 2 days. It's been 2 weeks and still no response. I was rudely BLOCKED from their facebook page for asking how I can get this resolved. I've sent tons of emails and only get the same exact word for word generic email response. Even their live chat feature is a complete and utter waste of time! This company is a FRAUD!!! Beware! Do NOT Order from this company!!!
