Hired them to fix sound issues in computer. They did not accomplish this. They also don't know why I have intermittent sound. During the signup process for the initial visit I apparently agreed to a monthly maintenance contract. It was worded so that I assume it was a one time charge within 30 days of initial repair. Not so. They took $24.95 out of my account today and refuse to put it back even though I told them I had misunderstood them. Making a few bucks is one thing and I did not complain when I had to use system restore after their "fixing a virus" so that my Microsoft Office Suite and Windows Mail would work correctly again. I did complain about the wording of initiating a monthly contract but they were adamant on keeping the money. I will never use them again and I will tell everyone I know what ripoffs they really are.
