My mother and I went to purchase some paint and while purchasing the paint they realized that it was not enough black ink for the right color that I wanted. We was told to come back because they was ordering somemore black ink.in the process of them ordering the paint they had to lower the paint. We went back to get the paint. The told us that the ink still was not in. I have talked to several of managers on this issue all said they were going to get back to me. It took me 3 weeks I got tired of them not returning my call, hanging up on me, and putting me on hold for an hour. I went up their and spoken to a man. He proceded to get my paint in where they had put aside for us. Their we found a sign taped to the paint stating that we were scams. I did not appreciate this statement and need toget to the bottom of this letter. I feel this need to be dealt with.
