Over 2 months ago I saw a legitimate looking advert for green coffee maxx at £4.95 per pot for a trial. So I applied. Then almost immediately changed my mind so i tried to cancel. When nothing arrived I assumed my cancellation had gone through (I received no order acknowledgment or cancellation acknowledgement).

2 months later I received my credit card bill in which listed a charge of £77! So I check the previous months bill and discovered a payment for £4.95! Totalling £81.95.

I've tried to complain but can't get through

This happened with HEATH STORE. Don't buy from them at all!!!
