I purchased on the above web sites a Free Trial of Lipsom and Green Coffee Maxx. It has cost me £8.95 postage for the Lipsom and £6.95 for the Green Coffee Maxx, even though they came from the same address.
After taking approximately four of the capsules, i became ill and telephoned the company on a London number Tel: 2033557059. After being kept on the phone for approximately 20 minutes or so, i was told i had to return the two products to America and obtain proof of posting, i did this at a cost of £9.90. I contacted the company who said they would cancel further deliveries of the product when they received the capsules, and to ring them again to let them know i had actually returned the two products.
I emailed the company requesting a refund, there is no mention in the advert that this Free Trial had to be returned to America. I received an email from Richard Blake advising me to ring the company to 'take my refund process further'. I have done this today and been told by Nicky that there is no way i am getting any refund.
