I bought a Ford E450 16' box truck with Sean Lee Mcneil of Mcneil Services doing business as American Computer Resources (7676 New Hampshire Ave, Tacoma Park, MD), Chop Chop Movers and Nonstop Movers on 27th March. We decided to start business as Friendly Movers and I started putting ads on Craigslist and started getting moving business. We logged all the calls / details in the database maintained at my house in a computer. I was told by Sean Mcneil that he will use company to charge credit cards, under American Computer Resources, of customers as we complete the move. Sean Mcneil wanted to open an account with Bank of America as he told me that he has been a customer with them for long time. Also told me that there is $1500 minimum amount we need to keep in account so we don't get charged a fee so we will open the account when we have atleast $1500 in hand from this business after paying expenses so I agreed.

When we had approx. $1700 on 23th April I asked to go to bank and open an account and put the money in the account but he started delaying by saying we will open it tomorrow or next day as he is busy with some work so he cannot come to bank. We met at work (Booz Allen) on 25th April and he kept delaying by saying that he doesn't have time and he is busy so we will open it some other day. After requesting him to go to bank and open the account few times he said he doesn't have any money to put in the account and we started having disagreements. Also, he said we will open account when we have $5000 in hand and I told him that if he doesn't have $1500 now how he will have $5000 when we need to open an account and he just walked away. We talked back and forth via text messages but it didn't go anywhere. Since then he has the truck and been using it for his personal business. As insurance was on my name and tags / plates were on both of our names. I told him that we need to turn the tags / plates in but he just refused everytime by saying he cannot return the tags as truck is in use. Finally I took the plates off the truck on 1st May and returned them to MVA (in Maryland where it was registered) and cancelled the insurance. Also, I found out that he got another plates for the truck and insured the truck in his name. He currently hold the truck and the title of the truck and has been using it since then. I am asking for the following:

- $5000.00 for Psychology and emotional damages impacting my daily family life
- My part of the profit money from moving business starting 28th March till 25th April - $915.00 (out of Total profit $1830.00. I have records in the database of the clients)
- Rental expenses for the truck, as per market rate for 16 foot truck (which is approx. $100/day), per day starting 26th April till the court date wording as truck is in his possession and he continue to use it for his personal business. – approx. $3000 ($100/ day) depending on the day of the court decision
- Truck should be sold at the market value, which is between $7000 - $9000 and money should be divided equally among both parties (Rajesh Kohli and Sean Lee Mcneil) and truck should be seized and either party should not be allowed to use the truck till a resolution has been reached
- Sean Lee Mcneil should be responsible for any liabilities associated with the truck as he has the possession of the truck
- $499 for iPad 2 Wifi 64GB white, he bought it from me on 2nd, April and money not paid yet (Serial # DKWHV08NDKPK, Product # FC981LL/A)
