I was told on April 10 after a brief intake of information, the assessment, that I was in the guidelines to partipate in their housing program because I had received a 3 day notice to pay rent. Even thought I didn't hit the 30% mark, I could still get help because I had received a notice and the agency could still help me. So, I was given a date of April 29 at 11: oo to come in with my documents and I would be given more information from the worker who's name is Ralphyail. Once I arrive at the office for the help taking in to sit down in a back office by Ralphial I was told that he could not help and that I was misguided by who ever took my information over the phone. The only way I could get from the agency is that I was homeless and on the streets.
