Endangerment - Discrimination

On 4-26-11 my life and my dog's life was threaten by a roommate name Lanita by where we live in Central Valley Low Income Housing facility. I made an online police report and the next day repeatly called our case worker Linda C. To no avail I called her Exective Director, Bill M. I expained the situation and his response was, "what would you like me to do"? I asked him what can be done about Lanita's threats and please have Linda call me.

Four hours later Linda called and said, "She is sick of Lanita and I *. She will be over before 5pm to give us some papers", and hung up on me. Six days later she shows up with some rules, regulation, and inspirational papers. She asked me if I wanted to move as a solution to the threats and to go to mental health. I said, "no, and why should I be the one to move. Supposely all was well when she left that Monday.

On Wednesday I went to her office for a gas card and again she asked me to move. I said I would think about it, "no" she said, "I'm telling you to move." I asked why me. He response was, "it's a gut feeling". The next day I gave her a letter stating, I've done nothing wrong. I have followed all rules, regulations and her request therefore I am not moving. The same day she gave me a 30-day notice. I have no place to go. I will be homeless as of 6-5-11. I know my life has been threaten and the request to move is unjustified. It is based on feelings not a reason. Lanita should be the one to move therefore I know I have been discriminated against.
