I had ordered Zumba dvds from this company through Tippr.com back in February and never received them they kept telling me that they sent them and the post office sent them back to them which is not true, because my address is a real address. I was able to get my money back for Tippr and I contacted the BBB about the rest of my money and they were not willing to help me with my complaint. I emailed Trendythings and they told me they would refund my shipping charges so I emailed them back and told them that's what I wanted they didn't refund my money and stopped responding to my emails. I tried calling and the voicemail is always full. This company is obviously a scam and needs to be fully investigated and shut down. And I still would like my refund they promised me.
