I bought a Zumba Exhileration DVD deal thru one of the daily deals and paid TrendyThings.ca the $5 shipping fee via paypal. I have contacted them once to their general email and was emailed a response (robot one at that) stating if this was a voucher deal please email this other address. I have since emailed twice and have only received the robot response of I will hear from someone within 72 hours. I am now in the process of trying to get a refund thru the daily deal site, as well as contacting paypal for a refund from them. This company needs to be shut down.
