Same exact thing happened to me as to many others, I took their offer of a free product, pay for shipping only, then exactly a month later 2 more tubes of their product arrived unauthroized and my Visa card was charged unauthorized $89.90. WHAT A SCAM! I was told the same: you agreed to this when you accepted the first trial pc. No I did not! I am very careful about lookin into future obligations when I accept a free product, but there was none. I had to spend $10 to return the merchandise in a tracable certitied USPS package, still no refund received on my Visa.
