Ripoff serious scam free trial impossible to cancel, charge to your credit card $49.95 ripoff

I replied to a pop-up add for a face cream that is worth 99.95 but I only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. After 10 days you must return product for a refund. If they do not receive the product back you will be charged $49.95 plus S&H.

This is a serious scam. It is imposible to contact Boehm Ritter to cancel the product. I emailed them to cancel the product, but received no reply. When you call all phone lines are busy due to high demand of the product - YA Right! After a month of calling I finally get through and the lady is just out right nasty.

Since the past month of trying to cancel, another shipment was sent to me and charged to my Visa. I told her that I wanted to return the product and cancel. She told me I could not return the product for a refund - meaning that I would have to pay for it even though I tried to cancel it for the past month.

Well she finally hung up on me and I still do not know if she cancelled this scam or not. I notified my Visa company and they have filed a dispute and reversed the charge on my Visa. Now I am left with this question? Should I return the product that I requested to be cancelled, since my Visa has reversed the charge. Hmmm I wonder. Stay away from Nexiderm.
