I was charged on my att phone bill for the charges that were supposed to be paid for. I paid 29.99. For each month on their website for 2 months, service from march 20-may 20. According to heidi smith, a tracer of calls for natchitoches parish corr. Fac.in natchitoches, la. Phone 318 357 9400, ask for "traces"none of the calls went through that co. WHEN I FAHALLY GOT THROUGHTO SOMEONE BY EMAIL AT info@JailCallServices, i received a refund of 49.99 and my "so-called" service was disconnected. I, at 1st didn't realize what was wrong. After I spoke with Heidi, I began to understand that I had been "SCAMMED". I thought Securestech. Was to blame. Now, I have 103.80 in correctional billimg charges to pay on my ATT phone bill. There was 23.00 on htelast bill. I am 71 years old, live on s.S., and can't pay the charges. I have hd to make arrangemonts with ATT in order to keep my phone. I live alone and I am disabled;therefore, I need my phone service. PLEASE DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE!
