Not unlike the consumers on your site I am having the same issues with Dead Sea. I have returned their product and they still refuse to refund my credit card. I've been fighting back and forth every day since then. I get the same rhetorical answers over and over again. With terms and conditions from the Cech Rep. How does that hold any weight under Canadian Law? I'm passing them onto Visa, B.B.B. And any other consumer protection agency I can find. I want my money back. Are such Scammers.
