Shopping at a fredmeyer's shop in portland, oregon (stadium) when my cart came up missing, when and told floor mgr. She seen michell a store checher walking thur and called for her, michell looked at her and said (what) and continued down one of the alies, the floor mgr. Did not persue this worker or call for any other assitance to servie me. I called the krogers office in ohio and made the report, no one form fred meyers branch has emailed or send me a letter in apologize for this mess, i was refused services of lazy and poor store workers. This occurred late april, i have been a costmer there for over 15 years and know many of the worker, levi, mr. Marvin houston and gabel, i feel that the store owns me for their poor performance and reduce these workers salarie and others to me, james alvin may (Personal Information Removed)
