Target poor store presentation

The other day I went into this store and I found it a mess, I hear it is supposed to be one them best in the region. The bathroom are bad they are not ones you would expect. One the cart attendant told they are always like this and the Etls do not do anything about it. The floors are not very clean either and there is dirt on the the floors from shoes. They should hire a team of workers that can do this because the floor make want to hurl. I also think this corporation should just shut this place down until it can be cleaned spot less.
