I charged the 48.87,29.99 plus an activation one time fee of 18.87. This was a total scam. I complained because I found out I would still be charged by the phone provider at the jail facility. I sent an email requesting a refund and they pretty much said no, untill I informed them that I would be disputing the charges with my bank. Then they said they would refund the money since I hadn't used the services. But that if I disputed the charges they would double the the damages. Yeah right I filed it anyway with my bank. THis company is a fraud. Do not, I repeat Do Not send these people your money. If you do dispute the charges with your bank immmediately.
