I have a love one in Jail and was seeking a way for him to contact, Jail call Servics stated that they would be able to set me up a phone number that will only cost me 29.00 per month and they will be ble to call unlimited times with no additional charges, I was not to let Securus Tec. No anything about them, I still needed to pay the activation fee to have the line open and, I recieved 2 calls from my family member and after that it when they tried to call it was say the the number was restricted, I paid for the full month, I gave Jail call Services a call to the number that they gave me for customer service. All I get is a recording that they are not available, I have left several messages and have not recieved a call back. I have emailed them requesting my money back, they do say that "if you are not completly satisfied that you will recieve a complete refund". I never recieved a response and neither a refund. I am very upset and disappointed that these people will prey on the ones that are hurting by their family being away and take advantage of the sitution. I would like for something to be done. At least refund the money as they said they would.
