I perchased ticket for Atlanta thru Expedia.com for 5/25 my itinrary # was 145912090492
i cancelled due to emergency in family. They did not refund the money at that point but give me refference # S37276243
That i can use within one year... My flight was on 5/25 and one year would over on 5/25/13
but they refused to give me credit or use that amount any more and declined. I called today 5/04 at 1 am.
Please kindly help me out help me to get my money back $1543.00
