I did a free trial offer and it makes you enter your credit card information before you continue. You are supposed to be able to cancel it before the trial period ends. I decided to cancel it about an hour after I opened the account, but it will not allow me to do so. I have tried to contact them and they make you send them an email. They have a section that explains there is a form you fill out on the home page, but there is no such form.
