Made a reservation on what I thought was Hampton Inn website.
Needed to cancel the reservation. Called Hampton Inn and they told me that I had to call where I made the reservation. Thank goodness I had the confirmation.
BUT when I went to the site, I called the support number and the que kept going over and over, it would ask for you to press a number, when you pressed it, it would start the que again
I went to the website and put in my information and it kept telling me that my session had timed out, even though it had been seconds since I put the information in.
Seems very fishy - could not get through on website or customer service nubme
