Reloadable Cards Never Arrived and Account Blocked After Heavy Use

My boyfriend Howerd Eldridge bought 3 reloadable green dot card and never got the card in mail also could not reload his card his ph (Personal Information Removed) So I gave him mine he use it and a friend put money on it in which he had 34 dollars on it. He called and they said to me they put a block on it that they would remove but I could not ever get another card with them because we used it to much. There was nothing said on this in there advertisement. We try to get are money off it today on the 2nd and of course we could not. I have never been in trouble and neither has he.
