I rented a textbook returned it using their prepaid label on their account and they continue to charge me for a book I returned. They claim they did not receive it so I filed a complaint with the Post Office but since it was on their account they have to pursue the Post Office who lost their package yet they won't pursue it they just keep charging me for a book I do not have.
