I ordered the "free"sample but never received it. I called the number provided and reached an answer board. When I go online to cancel or register my complaint, they are unable to find my account, even though my information pops up when I enter a character or two. I have not been out much money, but I am afraid that they will try to keep sending future shipments since I cannot cancel through their website. I have made many attempts to correct this, but all avenues lead to nowhere.
