I ordered a free trial and they sent me two small satchets, I emailed them to say I was not happy with the trial as it was misleading and that I wanted to cancel any fourth shipments from them, they emailed me back and said they would cancel my account however a week later my account was debited $146.59 even though they confirmed with me that the account was closed. I am by frustrated and annoyed as my attempts to contact them has been futile. What do I do?
