My phone was turned off due to non payment. I paid about $165 dollars to get the service turned back on. Someone told me that my phone would be on within the hour. 8 hours later no phone. I have an AICD (pacemaker/defibrilator) and I need to send a recording to the hospital, No phone no recording. I called their office back and I spoke to 6 people within an hour, They kept sending me to another department.
