Purchased a starter kit receive it and was pleased with the kit. Account was charged on 4/26 for replenishing in amount of $160.93. I did not and do not want that service. Unable to reach the company at the phone number provided to cancel. I sent an email to service@optimacigs.com to cancel and request a refund. I have asked my bank to change my card to head off any other unauthorized charges. Can you assist?
