I am a single Mom with 3 children. I am spending way to much money on cigs. I saw this free trail and I know i need to quit and for 4.95 shipping & handling. I could try this and maybe it would help me quit. I was screwed. They charged my account 116.93. Money I desperatly needed. I have recently lost my job and the only income i have right now is my childsupport. I was trying to do a good thing and Optima took my childrens money. They are willing to refund me 70.00. I lost 46.93. This sucks. I didn't understand that they would continue to send me more and charge my account. This is worst than the cigs I buy at the store. I feel Optima stole my childrens money. I know its my fault for not understanding. I will never order anything on line again. I am going to cancel my Bank account so they can't get any more money. Its a shame but I don't know what else to do. Please don't fall for this. Its a scam and my children are going to suffer. I know a 46.93 isn't a lot of money to a lot of people but it means food on the table for me.
